All British nationals require a full passport for all holidays with United Travel and this should be valid for at least six months after the date of your scheduled return home. If you are not a British national, other regulations may apply to you.
United Travel does not give specific health advice, but we do recommend you see your GP at least six weeks prior to travel for advice and to allow time for any necessary vaccinations.
We strongly recommend you do not drink the tap water, and avoid ice in your drinks. Safe, bottled drinking water is readily available for sale everywhere – from small shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and hotels. It is not customary for hotels to provide complimentary bottled drinking water. Always ensure that the seal is unbroken.
YOUR OWN FIRST AID
We recommend you carry a small first aid kit for your personal use.
The following list is intended as a guide only:
Simple pain killers e.g. paracetamol or ibuprofen
Antihistamine cream (for insect bites)
Anti-diarrhoea pills e.g. Imodium
Rehydration salts e.g. Dioralyte
Please ensure you carry any essential personal medication in your hand luggage rather than checked in bags.
We recognise how important your flight is as part of your United Travel Tours experience, which is why we only work with scheduled airlines with the best reputations for service, reliability and punctuality. We use reputable domestic airlines for internal routes and although all of our prices are based on flights from London Heathrow, there are many regional departures available from across the UK.

Please inform our office of your relevant policy number and keep details of the policy in your travel documents including policy number, 24 hour emergency number and next of kin details. We can also help you organise your holiday insurance.
